? Position: US IT Recruiter
? Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Onsite – 5 Days a Week)
? Shift: US EST
? Experience Required: 4 – 8 Years
⏳ Joining: Immediate to 2–3 weeks (Immediate joiners preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, qualifying, and placing candidates).
• Work across W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms.
• Source candidates via job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), ATS, and networking.
• Manage interviews, salary/rate negotiations, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong consultant/vendor networks.
• Collaborate with account managers to meet client hiring needs.

Requirements:
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Solid knowledge of tax terms & visa classifications (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, US Citizens, etc.).
• Solid communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to comfortably work in US EST time zone.
