Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager | EdTech | Immediate Joining will lead and manage the sales team, drive student enrollment for international education programs, and build strong relationships with prospective students, families, and institutional partners. The role involves setting sales targets, monitoring performance,



and implementing strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Daily responsibilities include counseling prospective students on suitable programs, following up on leads, conducting presentations, coordinating with marketing for campaigns, and preparing regular sales reports. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with operations and counseling teams to ensure a seamless experience for students from initial inquiry to enrollment.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in EdTech, education consultancy, or related service industries.
• Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Ability to manage and motivate a sales team, set targets, and track performance effectively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, and partners.
