We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Interior Operations Manager to lead and manage the complete operational lifecycle of interior projects—from project handover and procurement to production, site execution, installation, quality control, and final handover.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience in residential interiors, modular furniture, project execution, vendor management, production coordination, site operations, and team leadership.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can build accountable teams, improve operational processes, control costs, resolve project bottlenecks, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Project Execution• Manage the complete operational lifecycle of multiple interior projects.
• Take ownership of projects after sales/design handover through final completion.
• Coordinate between Sales, Design, Procurement, Production, Project Management, Site, and Installation teams.
• Establish project execution plans, milestones,



and operational priorities.
• Monitor project progress and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to approved designs, BOQs, timelines, and quality standards.

Team Leadership & Management• Lead and manage Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Interior Designers, Production Teams, Installation Teams, and other operational staff.
• Allocate manpower based on project requirements and workload.
• Set clear responsibilities, targets, and performance expectations.
• Conduct regular operational reviews and performance meetings.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members.
• Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and timely execution.

Procurement & Vendor Management• Coordinate with Purchase and Procurement teams for timely material availability.
• Manage vendors, contractors, carpenters, installers, and service partners.
