Role Description The AI Voice Agent Developer is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, building, and maintaining conversational voice applications that integrate with enterprise systems and customer-facing platforms. Day-to-day work includes developing and optimizing voice interaction flows, implementing natural language understanding (NLU)



and automatic speech recognition (ASR) models, and integrating APIs and third-party services to support end-to-end conversational experiences. The role involves collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to define requirements, refine user journeys, and ensure voice agents align with business goals and accessibility standards. The developer will also monitor performance metrics, troubleshoot production issues, perform model tuning, and contribute to documentation, testing, and continuous improvement of voice solutions.
Qualifications
