Role Overview
We are looking for an IT Administrator to manage day-to-day IT operations, end-user support, Microsoft 365, Azure infrastructure, networking, security, IT assets and business applications across a multi-office and remote workforce.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide L1/L2 IT support for 300+ users across devices, Windows, applications, email, Wi-Fi and connectivity.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, MFA and user access.
• Administer Windows endpoints and Linux workloads on Azure, including patching, backups, monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Manage Azure services, networking, DNS, SSL certificates, Key Vault and infrastructure security.
• Support LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, ISP connectivity and SMTP configurations.
• Manage IT assets, inventory, procurement, repairs, warranties and employee onboarding/offboarding.
• Coordinate with OEMs,



ISPs and IT vendors for procurement, AMC and technical support.
• Support CRM, LMS and other business applications, including UAT, testing and troubleshooting.
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, asset records, incident/request tracking and SLA reports.
• Support IT security, automation systems, eSSL biometric administration and other technology projects.

Required Skills
• Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams & SharePoint
• Azure, Windows & Linux administration
• Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, Routers, Switches & Firewalls
• PowerShell, SSH/PuTTY, Nginx, MySQL and basic SQL
• SSL/HTTPS, Key Vault, backups, monitoring and endpoint security
• IT asset management, vendor coordination and ITIL-based support

Qualification & Experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT Administration / IT Operations / Infrastructure Support.
