Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Coordination & Data Management: Partner with the Sales Team to maintain and ensure real-time accuracy across all sales tracking sheets.




• Trial & Sample Tracking: Monitor end-to-end trial lifecycles (pending, completed, successful/failed) and sample pipelines (pending dispatch vs. delivered pending trial).
• Pipeline & Order Operations: Oversee pending customer follow-ups and track order dispatch statuses to ensure smooth fulfillment.
• Receivables Monitoring: Track due and overdue customer payments to maintain clean accounts receivable.
• Management Reporting: Prepare regular operational reports highlighting bottlenecks, delays, and critical action items for leadership review.
