About the Role
Modernize Chip Solutions (MCS) is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive with experience in VLSI and Semiconductor hiring. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closure of critical technical positions.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end hiring for VLSI roles including RTL, Design Verification, DFT, Physical Design, STA, Synthesis, PV, EMIR, Analog, IO, PMIC Circuit/Layout, AMS, and DMS.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and execute recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, social platforms, and internal databases.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination,



salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding.
• Build a strong pipeline for niche semiconductor talent.
• Track hiring metrics and drive continuous process improvements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closure of positions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2+ years of technical recruitment experience in the VLSI domain.
• Good understanding of VLSI technologies and technical roles.
• Proven success in hiring niche and senior-level talent.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring timelines.
• Self-driven with excellent sourcing and networking skills.
