Job Summary
Sygmetiv Business Solutions is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing team in Kochi. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, communicating with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and supporting the sales and pre-sales process for ERP and software solutions.

Freshers with valuable communication skills and a strong interest in business development and technology are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, networking, and other channels.
• Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
• Present and explain ERP, software, and digital solutions to prospective clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.
• Maintain and update lead and customer information in the CRM.




• Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams for product demonstrations and requirement discussions.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Support the sales team in converting qualified leads into customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Meet assigned monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Maintain proper records of client interactions, follow-ups, and opportunities.

Requirements
• Qualification: MBA in Finance/Marketing or M.Com preferred.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant business development/sales experience can apply.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding or interest in ERP and software solutions.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate solutions effectively.
