Role Description

My Health Passport (MHP) is looking for a Business Development Executive who can help us develop new school partnerships and maintain relationships with existing schools. The role will involve contacting schools, fixing appointments, visiting schools, meeting principals and management, explaining MHP's services, understanding their requirements, discussing proposals and commercials, and following up until the business is confirmed.





The candidate will also coordinate with schools for screening schedules and post-screening parent-teacher meetings.

1. School Outreach and Appointment Scheduling

· Contact schools through calls and other professional communication channels to introduce MHP and schedule appointments.
· Follow up with school principals, management, and decision-makers for meetings.
· Attend appointments scheduled by the internal team and also generate recent school meetings independently.
· Maintain records of appointments, follow-ups, and the status of each school.
· Conduct timely lead follow-ups through calls, emails, meetings, and other communication channels to understand school requirements and move prospects through the sales pipeline.

2. School Visits and Product Presentation
· Visit schools and meet principals, management, and relevant coordinators.
· Explain MHP's products, services, health screening programmes, and Kids' Passport offerings.
· Understand the school's requirements
