As an Operations & Career Services Intern, you’ll own the learner’s success journey end to end, making sure they stay on track, are prepared for every opportunity, and have a smooth experience throughout their placement journey.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, following through, and making sure things actually get done.
What you’ll work on
Learner Progress & Milestones
• Track learner progress and ensure key milestones are completed on time
• Follow up consistently with learners and flag drop-offs early
• Make sure no learner goes silent or gets stuck in the process
Learner Communication
• Communicate regularly with learners throughout their placement journey
• Share clear updates, timelines, next steps, and key information
• Help learners stay prepared and engaged at every stage
Interview Readiness
• Schedule and coordinate mock interviews before every interview round
• Ensure learners complete the required preparation before meeting hiring partners
Interview Coordination
• Coordinate interview rounds with hiring partners
• Manage schedules and ensure smooth communication between learners and recruiters
• Collect feedback after each interview round and maintain accurate records
Tracking & Operations
• Create and maintain learner and interview trackers
• Keep calendars, follow-ups, and status updates organized
• Proactively identify gaps and flag issues before they become bigger problems
