About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Multi-Cuisine Chef to lead our kitchen operations and deliver high-quality culinary experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across multiple cuisines, excellent knowledge of food preparation and presentation, and the ability to manage kitchen staff and daily operations efficiently.
The candidate should be comfortable working in a premium hospitality where food quality, hygiene, consistency, presentation,



and guest experience are extremely important.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and execute dishes across multiple cuisines, including Indian, Continental, Asian, and other international cuisines.
• Develop and maintain high-quality menus based on guest preferences and business requirements.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion size, presentation, and plating.
• Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.
• Lead, train, and supervise Commis Chefs, CDPs, kitchen assistants, and other kitchen staff.
• Prepare recipes, standardize dishes, and maintain recipe cards and portion controls.
• Monitor food inventory, storage, and wastage to maintain food cost within approved budgets.
• Coordinate with procurement and ensure the availability of fresh and quality ingredients.
