Role Description The HR and Marketing Internship at Lernx Support is a remote internship role designed to provide hands-on experience across human resources and marketing activities. Day-to-day tasks may include supporting HR documentation, assisting with HR policies and procedures, helping coordinate virtual onboarding or engagement initiatives, and updating employee records. Interns will also contribute to basic marketing activities such as drafting social media posts, assisting with campaign coordination, conducting simple market or audience research,



and helping maintain online presence. The role involves collaboration with internal team members, participation in virtual meetings, and completion of assigned projects within set timelines.
Qualifications
• Awareness of Human Resources (HR) concepts and interest in HR-related work.
• Basic understanding of HR Management and HR Policies.
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, online collaboration platforms).
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in HR, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
