Role Description The Accountant will manage daily financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing invoices, processing payments and receipts, managing fee collections, and monitoring accounts payable and receivable. The role involves assisting with budgeting, financial reporting, variance analysis,



and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and school policies. The Accountant will coordinate with administrative and academic teams on financial matters, maintain accurate documentation for audits, and support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India.
Qualifications
• Accounting and bookkeeping skills, with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Tally and BUSY Accounting Software, including ledger maintenance, journal entries, cash and bank transactions, and account reconciliation.
• Proficient in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, BUSY Accounting Software, Advanced MS Excel, and other accounting and financial reporting tools.
• Valuable knowledge of GST compliance, including GST calculation, invoicing, input tax credit, GST returns, reconciliation, and maintaining GST-related records.
• Hands-on knowledge of TDS
