Role Description
This full-time, in office Technical Service Engineer role is based in Faridabad and focuses on supporting customers in the steel and foundry sectors.



The Technical Service Engineer will provide hands-on technical services for temperature measurement and sampling products, including installation, calibration, testing, and routine maintenance at customer facilities. Daily activities include diagnosing equipment issues, performing troubleshooting, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve technical problems and implement improvements. The role involves offering technical support, training operators on proper product usage, and documenting service activities, findings, and recommendations. The Technical Service Engineer will also communicate regularly with clients to understand their requirements, ensure product performance, and contribute feedback to enhance solutions and service quality.
