Social Media & Content Executive | Quint Digital

Quint Digital is a marketing team for a group of Australian brands in timber, building materials, staircases and composite products. We're looking for a proactive Social Media & Content Executive to own social media planning and content across several brands and keep our design/video team on schedule.

What you'll do
- Build and manage the monthly social media calendar for each brand
- Set the theme of the month for each brand, in line with its brand guidelines
- Research competitors and trends, and bring design and content ideas to the Head of Growth and the creative team
- Brief, manage and review the work of designers and video editors so every post is on-brand and looks positive
- Create designs yourself when needed, using AI and design tools
- Start the next month's work in the last week of the current month
- Have the whole month's posts scheduled in the first few days of the month
- Help the Head of Growth with admin tasks

What we're looking for




- 1–3 years' experience in content strategy or social media management
- Experience handling several brands within one organisation
- A strong eye for design and an understanding of why brand guidelines matter
- Experience managing designers and video editors
- Hands-on with AI tools for content and design. Experience with Claude is a plus
- Able to work to deadlines and plan ahead
- Proactive: you spot what needs doing and do it without being chased

Working arrangement
- Remote
- 8:00 am – 5:00 pm IST, Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturdays
- Time tracked on Hubstaff

Salary
₹20 - ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and interview
