Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Performance Marketing Fresher who is interested in building a career in Google Ads, Meta Ads, App Marketing and Website Performance Marketing.
The candidate should have a basic understanding of digital advertising and be willing to learn campaign setup, optimization, tracking, analytics and performance reporting across Google and Meta platforms.
Requirements
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Paid Advertising.
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Interest in App Marketing and Website Advertising.
• Basic understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, CVR and ROAS.
• Willingness to learn campaign setup, optimization and performance analysis.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Valuable communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work with data and performance reports.

Required Skills
• Google Ads: Basic knowledge of Search, Display, Video, Performance Max and App Campaigns.
• Meta Ads: Basic knowledge of Facebook & Instagram Ads, campaign objectives, audiences,



creatives and basic campaign optimization.
• Basic understanding of App Campaigns, app installs and in-app actions.
• Basic understanding of Website Conversion Campaigns and landing pages.
• Understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, CVR and ROAS.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM) and conversion tracking is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of Firebase / AppsFlyer / Adjust is an advantage.
• Interest in creative testing and A/B testing.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong willingness to learn and improve.

Responsibilities
• Assist in setting up and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Support App Campaigns focused on installs and in-app actions.
• Assist with Website campaigns focused on leads, conversions and sales.
• Monitor daily campaign performance across Google and Meta.
• Track and analyze CPC, CPM
