About the Role
We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer / Test Automation Engineer Consultant with 8+ years of experience in automation testing, UI & backend testing, API testing, and CI/CD integration.
The role will be part of the Global Technology – IAM (Identity & Access Management) team, working closely with developers, technology leads, security engineers, and delivery teams to build robust and reusable automation frameworks and regression test suites.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, review, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, JMeter, and other automation tools.
• Build and maintain reusable, scalable, and maintainable automation frameworks.
• Perform UI, backend, API, functional, integration, smoke, and regression testing.
• Automate and validate IAM, identity verification, authentication, fraud mitigation, and risk-scoring workflows.
• Collaborate with developers and security teams to identify,



troubleshoot, and resolve defects.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for faster and reliable releases.
• Develop Test Strategies, Quality Management Plans, Test Plans, and environment plans.
• Create and execute test cases for user stories and ensure complete requirements traceability.
• Manage defects and participate in defect review and resolution discussions.
• Support non-functional testing including performance, security, accessibility, and data validation.
• Create and maintain organized regression suites for future product releases.
• Provide QA guidance around quality governance, risk management, and automation best practices.
• Work collaboratively across Agile teams, Scrum teams, and release trains.

Required Technical Skills
• 8+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA Automation.
• Robust hands-on experience with:
