Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to manage the company's accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, payroll, and international finance requirements, including GST, TDS, and US compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, receivables and payables.
• Handle end-to-end GST compliance, returns, reconciliations and related queries.
• Manage TDS compliance, deductions, payments, returns and certificates.
• Manage monthly salary processing, payroll-related records and statutory deductions.
• Ensure timely PF and ESIC payments, filings, reconciliations and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and other statutory authorities.
• Manage international transactions, foreign currency accounting and related documentation.
• Handle/coordinate US accounting and compliance,



including coordination with US CFAs.
• Prepare fortnightly, monthly, quarterly and annual MIS and financial reports.
• Prepare financial data, analysis and presentations required for fortnightly, monthly, quarterly and annual management meetings.
• Prepare cash-flow statements and management reports.
• Ensure timely statutory filings and maintain proper financial records.
• Strengthen internal financial controls and identify compliance risks.

Requirements
• 8+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and US taxation.
• Exposure to US accounting/compliance and international transactions preferred.
• Proficiency in Tally / Zoho / Wave and MS Excel.
• Solid analytical, reconciliation and communication skills.
• CA Inter / B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance will be an advantage.
