Role Description The Store Manager for Jaypore at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. will oversee day-to-day store operations,



ensuring a premium customer experience and consistent achievement of sales and profitability targets. This full-time, on-site role based in Kochi includes leading and motivating the store team, managing staffing schedules, and ensuring adherence to brand standards in visual merchandising and store presentation. The Store Manager will monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and implement retail loss prevention practices to safeguard assets. The role also involves handling customer queries and escalations, driving customer satisfaction initiatives, reporting store performance metrics, and collaborating with regional and corporate teams on promotions, processes, and improvement opportunities.
