About the Role

Strengthen business growth through proactive client communication, lead conversion, relationship management, sales coordination, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

. Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients.

. Understand client requirements and explain products, services,



and opportunities effectively.
Generate leads and convert prospects into successful deals.

. Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

. Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure timely responses to their queries.

. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, client interactions, and deal status in the CRM.

. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution after deal closure.

. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Prepare regular updates/reports on calls, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance.
