Role Description The Office Administrator role at ADIONA is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.



This role is responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, including coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining office records, and ensuring that office supplies, equipment, and facilities are well-organized and functioning smoothly. The Office Administrator will handle correspondence, schedule meetings, support travel and event documentation, and assist internal teams with logistics and coordination. The role involves providing professional front-office support, welcoming visitors, addressing basic inquiries, and directing calls and messages appropriately. The Office Administrator will collaborate closely with the Operations and Sales teams to support efficient workflows and uphold a professional, service-oriented office setting.
