Role Description This full-time, on-site IT Admin role is based in Surat, with a salary up to 30k depending on experience and skills. The IT Admin will manage and maintain computer systems, networks, and related infrastructure to ensure stable and secure operations. Daily responsibilities include monitoring system performance, installing and configuring hardware and software, handling user accounts and permissions, and responding to technical support requests from internal teams.



The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing routine backups, updating security measures, and documenting configurations and procedures. The IT Admin will collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and support ongoing improvements to systems and processes.
Qualifications

• Strong Technical Support skills, including responding to user issues, providing timely resolutions, and maintaining clear documentation.
• Experience with Network Administration, such as managing routers, switches, firewalls, and monitoring network performance.
