Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role based in Mumbai. The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify potential customers through targeted inside sales and lead generation activities, including outbound calls, emails, and social outreach. The role involves understanding customer needs,



presenting Volody’s CLM solutions, and scheduling product demonstrations for the sales team. The person in this role will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, follow up on inbound inquiries, and collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth. The Sales Development Representative will also monitor market trends, gather feedback from prospects, and contribute to continuous improvement of outreach strategies.

Qualifications
• Solid Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and nurture prospects.
