We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive – D2C Fashion (Meta Ads)

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000/month
Working Days: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

The Role
Own the Meta ads for two of our D2C fashion brands, Varanchi and ila, which bring handcrafted Indian wear to customers across India. You'll handle the full cycle: coming up with creative ideas, getting them made, launching, testing and scaling them. You'll manage a significant monthly ad budget across both brands, which we plan to double within the next year.
This is a full time, in-office role at our Jeevan Bhima Nagar office Bangalore, Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM. Remote or hybrid work isn't possible.

How We Work
Our ad accounts are already running, with campaigns, catalogs and tracking in place. You'll build on what exists and improve it. This is a role where creative thinking matters as much as numbers: the person who runs the ads also helps decide what the ads should say and look like.




You'll report to our Creative Head, who sets the creative direction, and work closely with our designer and cameraman to get creatives made. Manager will review results with you weekly. You'll handle day-to-day campaign decisions on your own, within the direction set by the Creative Head. This role suits someone who is comfortable taking responsibility, not someone who needs approval for every change.

What We Run
• Brands: Varanchi and Ila (D2C fashion, Indian wear)
• Platforms: Meta – Facebook & Instagram
• Ad formats: Catalog/Advantage+, video (Reels, Stories, feed), static and partnership ads
• Creative production: In-house designer and cameraman, plus our own studio and store for shoots

What You'll Do
• Plan budget allocation across the funnel (prospecting, retargeting, retention) and between both brands, and scale spend profitably
• Launch and manage sales campaigns across all our ad formats
