About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with 6+ years of strong experience in Data & AI hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience hiring across Data Engineering, Data Analytics, BI, AI/ML, Cloud Data Platforms, Data Architecture and related technology roles. This role requires someone who can independently manage critical and senior-level requirements, work closely with business stakeholders, and drive the hiring process from sourcing to closure.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Data & AI technology roles, from sourcing to offer closure and joining.
• Understand technical requirements and translate JDs into effective sourcing strategies.
• Source and evaluate candidates across areas such as:
• Data Engineering
• Data Science & AI/ML
• Data Analytics & BI
• Data Architecture
• Cloud Data Platforms
• Snowflake
• Databricks
• Microsoft Fabric
• Power BI
• Azure Data
• ETL/Data Integration
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active Data & AI professionals.
• Conduct initial technical screening and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Coordinate technical, managerial, HR and client interview rounds.
• Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring priorities and candidate expectations.
• Drive candidates through the complete recruitment lifecycle while maintaining strong candidate engagement.
• Handle salary discussions, offer negotiations, counter-offers and closure of candidates.
• Track recruitment metrics including pipeline movement, interview conversions, offer-to-join ratio and hiring TAT.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure timely updates in the ATS/tracker.
