Position Overview

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Senior SAP Controlling (CO) Consultant with a strong track record of end-to-end implementations and business process re-engineering. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise across core and advanced SAP CO modules, exceptional stakeholder communication skills, and hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA environments. You will lead requirement gathering, solution building, gap analysis, and month-end closing cycles while coordinating closely with technical teams.

Mandatory Requirements & Core Skills

• Experience: 8–10+ years of cumulative IT experience specializing in SAP Controlling (CO).
• Communication: EXCELLENT verbal and written communication skills with proven ability in client-facing roles, blueprinting, and user training.




• SAP S/4HANA Knowledge: Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA differences compared to ECC (e.g., Universal Journal integration, Material Ledger enhancements, CO-PA architecture).
• Project Lifecycle: Hands-on participation in at least 2+ full-cycle implementations, roll-outs, or major support/enhancement projects from requirement gathering to Go-Live.

Key Responsibilities

• Core SAP CO Modules:
• General Controlling, Cost Center Accounting (CO-OM-CCA), and Profit Center Accounting (EC-PCA).
• Product Costing (CO-PC) covering Make-to-Stock (MTS) and Make-to-Order (MTO) scenarios.
• Material Ledger (ML) and profitability analysis (CO-PA), including Report Painter, CO-PA Realignment, and Top-Down Distribution.

• Month-End Closing Excellence: Expert execution and troubleshooting of month-end closing tasks in CO, including Work in Process (WIP) calculation, Variance Analysis, and Order/Project Settlement
