The Role:
As Chief Growth Officer, you will own Utsav’s growth engine end-to-end. This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone who can think beyond individual marketing channels and build a compounding growth system across acquisition, activation, retention, monetisation, partnerships and current channels. You will work closely with the founders and leadership team and have significant ownership over growth strategy, channel economics, experimentation and the growth P&L.;

What You Will Own
1. Build the Growth Engine
• Define and execute Utsav's overall growth strategy across short- and long-term horizons.
• Identify the biggest growth opportunities across the consumer funnel.
• Build scalable acquisition and distribution engines beyond a single channel.
• Establish a culture of rapid experimentation, measurement and learning.
• Develop growth loops that improve with scale rather than relying only on incremental paid acquisition.
2. Acquisition & Performance Marketing
• Own performance marketing strategy across platforms and channels.
• Drive improvements across CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion and payback periods.
• Build channel-level economics and identify opportunities to scale or reallocate spend.
• Work closely with creative, product and analytics teams to improve campaign performance.
