We are looking for a Web Consultant – Business Growth & Sales who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients and driving the complete sales process from lead generation to conversion.The role involves handling inbound and outbound leads, understanding business requirements and presenting technology solutions to businesses across India.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and manage leads through inbound and outbound channels including cold calling, LinkedIn, email, databases and other lead sources
• Research potential businesses and identify relevant decision makers and sales opportunities
• Connect with prospects, understand their business requirements and qualify leads
• Schedule and conduct product demos and client meetings, including on site meetings when required
• Present and demonstrate solutions based on the prospect's business requirements
• Nurture and mature leads through consistent follow ups and relationship building




• Manage the complete sales pipeline from prospecting → qualification → demo → follow up → negotiation → closure
• Maintain and update the CRM, lead database, follow up records and sales pipeline
• Track lead status, appointments, conversions and upcoming opportunities
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets

What We're Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, SaaS Sales, IT Sales or a similar role
• Experience in selling SaaS, CRM, software or technology solutions will be preferred
• Strong experience in inbound and outbound lead generation, cold calling, appointment setting and client acquisition
• Confident in conducting product demos and business presentations
• Robust understanding of sales funnel, lead qualification and pipeline management
• Hands on experience with CRM tools and maintaining sales databases
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and follow up skills
• Target oriented with a strong focus on business develo
