We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth and generate new clients for our IT and Digital Marketing services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, lead-generation, client-handling, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities• Generate new business opportunities.
• Identify and target potential clients for IT, web development, and digital marketing services.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities.




• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover after closure.
• Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

Required Skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
• Experience in IT Services / Digital Marketing / Web Development sales preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lead generation and prospecting techniques.
• Ability to independently manage the sales pipeline.
• Good presentation and client relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools.

Preferred CandidateCandidates who have an existing network of clients or proven experience in generating business for IT / Digital Marketing services will be preferred.
