We’re looking for an Operations Intern who wants to learn how a growing startup actually works behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
* Help with the day-to-day operations of HomeKrafted
* Assist in onboarding new home chefs and home-based sellers
* Communicate with home chefs, sellers, delivery partners and customers
* Help manage orders and coordinate with different teams
* Follow up on pending orders, deliveries and operational tasks
* Maintain basic records and update operational data
* Help identify and solve day-to-day operational issues
* Support the team during events, pop-ups and special campaigns
* Assist in improving processes and making operations smoother

* Freshers and students can apply
* Good communication skills
* Comfortable talking to people on calls and WhatsApp
* Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
* Someone who is organised and responsible
* Someone who can take ownership of tasks
* Willingness to learn and work in a startup workplace
* Someone who gets things done rather than waiting to be told
