About the Role

Batangarh is looking for a Senior Political Anchor & Interviewer with robust experience in political journalism and the ability to conduct bold, sharp and impactful interviews with politicians and public figures.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct political interviews with senior leaders, politicians and public figures.
* Research Indian politics, elections, government, current affairs and breaking news.
* Develop intelligent, direct and relevant questions.
* Handle both long-form interviews and short-form viral content.
* Present confidently with a strong on-camera presence.
* Identify trending political topics and create engaging digital content.

Requirements

* 10+ years of experience in Journalism / News / Digital Media.




* Strong background in Political Journalism & Interviews.
* Deep understanding of National & State Politics.
* Strong Hindi communication and presentation skills.
* Bold, fearless and unbiased interviewing style.
* Ability to ask tough questions and get meaningful answers.
* Good understanding of Digital News, Social Media & viral content.
* Strong research, storytelling and on-camera skills.
* Portfolio / previous interview samples required.
