Job Description:

• Product/Content Enablement roles
• The resources will work closely with the QA/Test teams to understand recent features, enhancements, and deliverables, but will not perform testing activities.
• Following product delivery, they will be responsible for creating user-facing content, including training materials, user guides, instructional videos etc.
• The content will be published to the Tech Mobile App by the development team and consumed directly by field technicians'/end users.
