Role Description: The Academic Counselor role at HR TEAM is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. The Academic Counselor will guide students on academic pathways, assist with course selection, and support their progress through regular advising sessions. This role involves conducting individual and group counseling, helping learners explore career options, and providing information about educational programs, admission requirements, and institutional policies. The Academic Counselor will collaborate with faculty and administrative staff, maintain accurate student records, and prepare reports on student performance and counseling activities. The position also includes organizing workshops or orientations, addressing student concerns, and contributing to a supportive, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:




• Candidates should possess strong skills in Student Counseling and Academic Advising.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and staff.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Career Counseling and Education-related guidance.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Experience working with students in academic or counseling settings, preferably in higher education or training institutes.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain professional ethics.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and student information systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
