Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for driving sales growth for Prepster products by managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with schools and distribution partners. Daily tasks include setting and monitoring sales targets, preparing sales forecasts and reports, conducting market analysis,



and coordinating with marketing and production teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery. The Sales Manager will lead and mentor sales representatives, oversee territory management, and participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations. The role also involves gathering customer feedback, identifying trends, and recommending strategies to improve sales performance and customer experience.

• Strong sales and account management skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and negotiation.
