Role Overview
We are seeking a Deputy to our CTO — a hands-on technologist and leader who will help scale our engineering function, deliver new products, and ensure technical excellence. You will work closely with our CTO (6+ years of experience) to shape the future of our platform, lead engineering teams, and actively contribute to product development.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with the CTO to define and execute the technology roadmap.
• Actively build and deliver new modules and products.
• Drive bug fixing, optimization,



and ongoing development of the existing platform.
• Lead engineering teams, ensuring timely delivery of scalable, secure solutions.
• Design and build AI-led products such as:
• Legal document automation using NLP and generative AI.
• Predictive analytics for case outcomes and lawyer performance.
• Intelligent search and recommendation engines for legal queries.
• Chatbots and virtual assistants for client-lawyer interactions.
• Mentor engineers, establish coding standards, and promote best practices.
• Represent technology in cross-functional discussions with product, design, and business teams.
• Step in for the CTO when required in meetings, reviews, or strategy sessions.

Ideal Candidate Profile
• Experience: 4–6 years in software engineering, with leadership exposure.
• Tech Stack: Solid in web/app development, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFl
