Meru Activs is a D2C brand specialising in nutritional supplements for India's 50+. We currently sell on our own website and Amazon India, and are rapidly expanding to new marketplaces.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Day-to-day Tally entries, ledger and bank reconciliation
• Taxation : GST computation, TDS, return filing
• Monthly P&L; and balance sheet preparation (with provisions)
• Tracking of CM1, CM2, and CM3 profitability
• PO, payment management
• Ongoing investor-grade MIS reporting
• Being the go-to point person for audit and compliance documentation
Qualification
• CA-Inter/semi-qualified, or M.Com or MBA Finance with robust hands-on Tally, GST, and TDS experience
• 4+ years of experience, with a strong preference for a D2C or e-commerce background
• Strong grasp of contribution margin analysis and cost structures
• Documentation discipline
Nice to have
• Exposure to investor due diligence
• Experience building or improving a reconciliation process from scratch, not just following one
• Familiarity with Shopify, Uniware, or Shiprocket, or a similar D2C ops stack
