• Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of College Admission Counselors
• Drive admission targets, conversions and revenue
• Counsel students through calls and guide them on colleges, courses and admissions
• Handle lead follow-ups, objections and escalations
• Ensure effective CRM usage and accurate reporting
• Stay updated on college eligibility, admission timelines and policies
• Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in *College Admissions / Education Sales*
• Strong team handling and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and counselling skills
• Target-oriented with robust conversion focus
• Experience with CRM and lead management
