Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruppur. This role involves overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for manufacturing and office teams. The Human Resources Manager will manage HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards, and support training, development, and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications
