We are looking for a commercially driven Profit & Loss Manager who can take ownership of business growth, revenue generation and profitability while helping build scalable commercial opportunities for the organisation.
About the Role
This is a high-ownership, hands-on commercial role for an individual who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capability.
The role will involve identifying market opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, creating revenue channels, driving business development, developing strategic partnerships and managing the commercial economics of the business.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to operate independently,
identify opportunities proactively and take ownership of the complete commercial lifecycle — from chance identification through revenue realisation and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
1. P&L; & Business Ownership
• Own the commercial performance of the assigned business, including revenue, costs, margins and profitability.
• Develop business plans and revenue strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
• Drive revenue forecasting, budgeting and performance tracking.
• Monitor business economics and identify opportunities to improve pricing, margins and contribution.
• Analyse business performance and take corrective actions where required.
• Provide leadership with clear visibility on performance, opportunities, risks and growth priorities.
2.Revenue & Business Development
• Develop and execute strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth.
