Role Description The HR Executive role at Labridge is a full-time, in office position based in Navi Mumbai. The HR Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding and exit processes, and supporting payroll and attendance administration.



This role will handle employee relations by addressing queries, supporting conflict resolution, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The HR Executive will assist in implementing and updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company standards. The role also involves supporting recruitment activities, coordinating training initiatives, and preparing HR reports and documentation for management.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support core people processes.
• Experience in HR Operations, including documentation, onboarding, HRMS usage, and coordination with payroll.
