Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Specialist to manage and execute email marketing campaigns from strategy to delivery. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer engagement, have a strong grasp of segmentation and automation, and possess the ability to create campaigns that drive measurable results.

What You'll Do
Plan the strategy:
• Build a monthly retention calendar for each brand covering launches, sales, festive drops and newsletters.
• Segment customers by purchase behaviour, browsing activity, location and lifecycle stage (current, repeat, VIP, lapsed).
• Pick the right channel for each message so customers hear from us at the right time without being over-messaged.

Build and run campaigns:
• Set up and maintain automated flows: welcome series, browse and cart abandonment, post-purchase,



back-in-stock, win-back and birthday.
• Run promotional, launch and newsletter campaigns end to end, from brief to send.
• Write subject lines, copy and CTAs in each brand's voice, and brief designers on creatives.

Measure and improve:
• Track open rate, click-through rate, conversions, revenue per send and unsubscribes for every campaign and flow.
• A/B test subject lines, content, offers, layouts and send times, then roll the winners into future campaigns.
• Share a monthly performance report for each brand with clear next steps.

Keep lists healthy and compliant:
• Clean lists regularly, manage bounces and inactive subscribers, and protect sender reputation and deliverability.
• Follow consent and opt-out rules. These include India's DPDP Act, TRAI DLT registration for SMS, WhatsApp Business policies, and GDPR for international customers.
