Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Delhi, India. The Salesperson will identify and approach potential customers for finance and insurance products, explain product features and perks, and guide clients through application and documentation processes. Daily responsibilities include following up on leads, conducting in-person meetings, maintaining accurate sales records, and achieving individual and team sales targets.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery, handling customer queries and concerns, and staying updated on new products, policies, and compliance requirements in the finance and insurance domain.
Qualifications
• Proven ability in customer outreach, relationship building, and client servicing in sales.
• Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for explaining financial and insurance products clearly.
• Expert in Business Loan.
• Loan selling experience of atleast 2 years.
• Good target driven record in loan industry.
• Basic understanding of finance and insurance concepts, with the ability to learn product details and regulatory guidelines.
• Prior experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or direct sales is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
