We help Indian small and mid-size businesses run HR, payroll, attendance, leave and compliance from one system.Our customers are company owners, HR heads, CFOs and finance teams. They want less paperwork, correct salaries and no compliance trouble. We are a growing, Pre-Series A company, so your work will directly show up in our sales numbers.

About The Role :
Your main job is easy: find the right companies, reach the right person, and book a demo meeting for our sales team.You will not close deals in this role. You will open doors. You will use LinkedIn, email, phone calls and WhatsApp to start conversations with people who have never heard of us.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Research and list building
• Find companies that fit our target profile (industry, city, team size of roughly 50 to 1,000 employees).
• Find the right contacts in each company: Owner, CEO, HR Head, CFO, Finance Manager.
• Collect correct email IDs and phone numbers, and keep the lead list clean.
2. LinkedIn outreach




• Send personal connection requests and follow-up messages every day.
• Like and comment on posts of target prospects so they recognise our name.
• Share Superworks posts and support the founder's LinkedIn content when asked.
3. Email outreach
• Run cold email sequences (first email plus 3 to 4 follow-ups) using our templates.
• Personalise the first line of each email for the person and company.
• Track opens and replies, and test new subject lines to improve results.
4. Calling and WhatsApp
• Make cold calls and follow-up calls to warm leads.
• Send WhatsApp follow-ups after calls, with brochures or demo links.
• Explain Superworks in 30 seconds and ask simple questions to see if there is a real need.
5. Booking demos and handover
• Book demo meetings on the sales team's calendar.
• Send a short handover note: who the person is, company size, current HR tool, main pain.
• Send reminders so the prospect shows up for the
