Role Description We are looking for an experienced Semantic / Data Modeler to design business-oriented analytical and semantic structures that enable consistent and meaningful access to enterprise and HR data.
? What You’ll Do• Develop conceptual, logical, and analytical data models.
• Define business entities, dimensions, facts, relationships, and business keys.
• Design reusable semantic modelling patterns.
• Align semantic models with Gold-layer data structures.
• Define and support business metrics, KPIs, and business rules.




• Ensure consistent business terminology and definitions.
• Support semantic data access for AI, LLM, and Agent-based applications.
• Validate model performance, scalability, and usability.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, BI teams, HR teams, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain data model and semantic-layer documentation.
? Must-Have Skills✅ 5+ years of experience in Data Modelling / Semantic Modelling
✅ Solid experience in Dimensional & Analytical Modelling
✅ Strong SQL skills
✅ Good understanding of Enterprise Data Architecture
✅ Ability to translate business requirements into analytical data structures
✅ Strong understanding of entities, dimensions, facts, relationships, and business keys

⭐ Cloud Data Platforms
