About the role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager to manage the company's day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely compliance, effective cash-flow management, strong financial controls, and providing meaningful financial insights to support business decisions.
The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and preferably experience in managing finance operations in a growing organisation.

1. Accounting & Financial Reporting
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Prepare and review Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements and other financial reports.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Review and reconcile bank, vendor,



customer and other balance sheet accounts.

2. Financial Planning & Analysis
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and periodic financial projections.
• Track actual performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards highlighting key financial trends and business performance.
• Provide financial insights to management to support business and operational decisions.
• Identify areas for cost optimisation and improved financial efficiency.

3. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
• Monitor daily/weekly cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity.
• Manage receivables and payables to optimise working capital.
• Track outstanding customer receivables and coordinate with relevant teams for timely collections.
• Review payment schedules and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Support management in cash-flow planning and forecasting.
