THE ROLE
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations ensuring smooth workflow, quality output, and timely production targets. The role involves managing shop-floor activities, coordinating with teams, maintaining safety standards, and resolving operational bottlenecks to improve efficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Team Management:
• Supervise and lead production team members.
• Schedule and assign tasks to employees.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure employees are proficient in their roles.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.

Production Planning and Coordination:
• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day production activities.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.




• Ensure that production processes are carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Manage and resolve any production issues or delays.

Quality Control:
• Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Inspect products regularly and address any defects or issues.

Process Optimization:
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
• Optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor production metrics and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for
improvement.

Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and records.
• Provide regular updates to management on production status and performance.
• Document any production issues and corrective actions taken.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of exp
