Role Description: The Quality Specialist for ASR & Transcription (English Speaker/65+ WPM) is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. In this position, you will review and evaluate ASR-generated transcripts, compare them against audio files, and identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement. You will perform quality checks on transcription output, document findings, and provide clear feedback to relevant teams to maintain and enhance accuracy standards. Daily tasks include monitoring quality metrics, conducting audits on sample files, and preparing concise reports on error trends and quality performance. You will also collaborate with operations and training teams to refine guidelines, support process improvements, and help ensure that service-level and quality objectives are consistently met.
Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills to assess ASR and transcription output and identify patterns, errors,



and improvement opportunities.
• Experience with quality control processes, including systematic review of transcripts and adherence to established standards.
• Proficiency in quality auditing, including sampling, scoring, and documenting findings for continuous improvement.
• Background in quality assurance, with the ability to implement and follow QA frameworks, checklists, and procedures.
• Clear and professional communication skills to deliver feedback, collaborate with teams, and create concise quality reports.
• Excellent command of English, with typing speed of at least 65+ words per minute and strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Comfort with using productivity tools and relevant software for audio playback, transcription review, and reporting.
• Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage time effectively, and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
