Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day restaurant and front-of-house operations.
• Lead, supervise and coordinate the service team.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage staff scheduling, training and performance.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve service-related issues.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
• Monitor hygiene, cleanliness and service standards.
• Ensure efficient operations and adherence to company policies.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
• Decent spoken English is required.
• Candidates must currently be based in Mumbai.
• Candidates must have their own accommodation in Mumbai, as accommodation is not provided.
