Role OverviewWe’re looking for someone who understands both social media growth and SEO and can take ownership of our digital presence. You should be comfortable creating content strategies, tracking performance, identifying trends, and implementing SEO practices to improve our online visibility.
Key Responsibilities• Manage and grow Studio 145’s social media platforms, especially Instagram and YouTube
• Plan and execute social media strategies and content calendars
• Research current social media trends and identify opportunities for growth
• Monitor analytics, engagement, reach, and follower growth
• Develop ideas for engaging social media content
• Manage captions, hashtags, keywords, and content optimization
• Conduct keyword research and implement basic on-page SEO
• Optimize website and content for search engines




• Monitor Google Search Console and website performance
• Track keyword rankings and identify areas for improvement
• Research competitors and industry trends
• Prepare regular social media and SEO performance reports
• Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms and SEO best practices

Requirements• 1+ year of experience in Social Media Management and/or SEO preferred
• Positive understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization
• Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and insights
• Good writing and communication skills
• Creative mindset with an understanding of what makes content engaging
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Strong attention to detail
