About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Manager – People Excellence to manage core HR operations and own end-to-end Talent Acquisition for lateral and campus hiring, while driving a structured employee experience across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
• HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle – Manage day-to-day HR operations and the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, employee records, HR queries and exits.
• HRMS & HR Data – Own HRMS administration, maintain accurate employee data,



dashboards and MIS; Zoho People experience is a strong plus.
• Learning & Development – Oversee the L&D; calendar, coordinate with trainers, and track participation, feedback and effectiveness.
• Employee Engagement – Plan and execute engagement initiatives, employee communication and culture-building activities.
• Performance Management – Coordinate the performance management cycle, track timelines and support managers with performance-related processes.
• Talent Acquisition – Work closely with business leaders to own lateral and campus hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offers and joining. Maintain talent pipelines and recruitment MIS.
• Employee Relations & Compliance – Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory requirements.
• Process Improvement – Review HR processes, strengthen process adherence and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
